wonderful as it should be, and as part of that, we want your purchasing
experience to be pleasant and hassle free. With that in mind,
we will hold all transactions to the following guidelines:

At PrimaReptilia, we want your snake ownership experience to be as wonderful as it should be, and as part of that, we want your purchasing experience to be pleasant and hassle free. With that in mind, we will hold all transactions to the following guidelines:
1) Shipping All shipments will be made via FedEx Priority Overnight as we are FedEx approved shippers. We reserve the right to postpone shipment for reasons of inclement weather. We will not ship any animal when the temperatures are over 85 degrees or under 40 degrees. All shipments will be made on Monday - Wednesday to avoid any chance that an animal will be left in a sort facility over a weekend.
You are responsible for knowing the laws in your own state. We can not be held liable for any legal action based on animals you obtained from us.
2) Guarantee Live arrival is guaranteed when the following conditions apply:
a) The recipient must be home to receive the shipment and the package must be signed for.
b) In case of an animal arriving dead, we must be notified within 8 hours of the delivery.
c) We will require photographic evidence that the animal was dead on arrival.
d) This guarantee will give the recipient the option to receive a full cash refund or an equivalent credit toward a replacement animal when available.
3) All animals are guaranteed to be feeding and well established (unless otherwise noted). In the case that the recipient cannot get a well established animal to eat within one month of taking delivery, a credit towards a replacement will be provided with the return of the original animal at the customer's expense (unless No Return is noted on the sale in the case of known stubborn feeders) We advise all customers to do sufficient research into the proper care of the animal(s) in question.
4) Payment and Deposits The following conditions apply to payment and deposits:
a) Accepted methods of payment are Paypal (preferred) or Postal money order. If you need to pay with a personal/business check, the check must clear prior to shipment.
b) We require payment in full plus shipping prior to shipment.
c) In most cases, we will accept a deposit of 50% of the cost of the animal as a deposit, holding that animal from other sales. We will gladly hold your animal indefinitely with receipt of deposit. This deposit is refundable on the following scale should the customer request a refund:
i) Within 1 week of deposit 100%
ii) Within 4 weeks of deposit 75%
iii) Within 8 weeks of deposit 25%
iv) Greater than 8 weeks of deposit No Refund
d) All payments must be accompanied with the statement "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of PrimaReptilia.com"
